Meditative Therapy

Our residents usually enter treatment in a state of emotional turmoil. With gentle one-on-one guidance, I help guide you to a quieter, calmer state of consciousness, where one is able to communicate from their inner self.

Guided Visualization

I gently will guide you into the memory of troubling life events, and with supportive counselling from both a psychological and spiritual viewpoint, we work together to defuse these memories into a more acceptable emotional response.

Positive Affirmations

Most people suffering from addiction have an extremely low sense of self worth and their language reflects it through a constant stream of negative and self defeating speech patterns. The latest breakthroughs from positive psychology prove the effectiveness of consciously chosen positive language on both an inner level and everyday conversation. Each person will learn that positive affirmations are statements of healing, forgiveness, and therapeutic words to re-establish a healthy sense of self worth.

Emotional Intelligence
